Who We Are
Established in 1993, Sheridan Myers is a family run business specialising in the provision of school meals transport nationwide. The Company has been involved in the local authority catering sector for many years with over thirty local authorities among our past clients. Our involvement in the management of meals transport commenced in April 1993 and has grown steadily since that time. Sheridan Myers now has total responsibility for the management of school meals transport in 27 local authorities with over 500 transport providers. We aim to provide a transport management service which has many advantages including greatly reduced administration, cost effectiveness, improved and uniform standards of service and precise control. In addition to local authorities, our clients also include major private catering companies such as Interserve, Vertas, and Caterlink with whom we have national contracts for the provision of meals transport. Despite our large scale provision for local authorities and larger catering firms, we also offer our services to smaller catering companies as well as to individual, independent, schools and sites across the country. With family principals at our core, we are big enough to count but small enough to care.
